Equipped Apparel ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and sells faith-based fitness apparel. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Products

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not maintain physical inventory.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.

5. Shipping

We ship to the US and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@equipped-apparel.com with a photo, and we will replace it at no charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, graphics, photography, and text — is owned by Equipped Apparel and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equipped Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
